My package arrived, but there is an item broken. What shall I do?
The online order status sytem can be accessed from the Order status hyperlink at the top of every page. After clicking on this link you will be presented with a login page. You will need your email address and the password you used when you set up your account to acces your order. Enter your eamil and password when prompted.
Processing - order has been received and validated and is being processed, but has not yet shipped.
Refunded - order has been refunded.
Shipped - order has been shipped. If the order was shipped by UPS a tracking number wil be added in the comments, so that you can track your order. Any refunds or excess charges will also be annotated in the message section of the status display.
Some items may have gone out of stock after your order was placed. You may wish to contact customer support to determine what needs to be done if an item is unavailable.
The problem you are experiencing is because the item you selected is out of stock. If you have a pop up blocker installed, it may be supressing the message box which tells you the item is out of stock. To enable pop-ups for our site go to internet explorer tools menu. Choose pop-up blocker. Pop blocker settings sub menu and add the domain www.britishdelights.com You may call the number below and make a back order if you wish.

We pay insurance with UPS to cover such eventualities. You will need to register a claim with UPS. Please call 1-800-PICK-UPS. Once you have the claim registered, give us a call with the reference and we will be able to ship another one. Please do not refuse delivery of damaged packages. If a refused package is shipped back to us, you may be liable for return shipping charges.
